Us CPSC Recalls Chinese Children'S Belts
In mid June 2010, the US Consumer Product Safety Commission and Target company jointly announced the voluntary recall of Chinese children's belts.
The recalled children's belts are 2, which are The Cherokee boy belt and Circo girl.

The Cherokee boy belt is black or brown, metal buckle, specification is M to XL, product model 202/08/0018, 202/08/0019 or 202/08/0020 is marked on the waist belt, 2 pieces / box.
Circo girl belt is white or pink, heart-shaped buckle, the specification is XS ~ L, product model 202/05/0071, 202/05/0072, 202/05/0073 or 202/05/0074 marked on the inside of the belt label, 2 pieces / box.

From December 2008 to December 2009, it was sold at Target stores or website Target.com in the United States at a price of $7~9 per box.
The number of recalled products is about 105150 boxes.
The reason for the recall is that the lead content in the surface of the belt buckle exceeds the standard and violates the federal lead paint standard.
Up to now, Target has not received any accident reports.
For this reason, the US Consumer Product Safety Commission recommends that consumers immediately withdraw the recalled belt from children and return to any Target shop for full refund.
