Looking For A Breakthrough In Baosteel'S Steel Structure
With the five permanent buildings, such as the "China Pavilion", which are exclusively supplied by Baosteel and mainly steel structures, the Baosteel has realized the real linkage from the "steel supply" to the "steel structure processing" industrial chain.
Compared with the commonly used reinforced concrete structures in the current construction field, steel structure has the advantages of high strength, low engineering cost, light weight, short construction period and factory production. It represents the development direction of international construction industry. According to industry experts, at present, the annual output of China's steel structure manufacturing accounts for only about 3% of the total steel in the country. Compared with the proportion of 10% of developed countries, there is a big gap.
In recent years, Baosteel has speeded up R & D efforts in building structural steel, and has initially formed a series of refractory and weathering steel products with international advanced level and in line with the characteristics of China's construction industry.
The series of steel grades of high-grade construction steel provided by Baosteel has been successfully applied to Beijing Olympic Bird's Nest stadium, Shanghai World Financial Central Tower and new CCTV site. In addition, the quality of all kinds of products, such as Baosteel color coated sheet, high strength color coated sheet and hot-dip aluminum zinc substrate, has reached the advanced level of similar products abroad, and have been widely applied in high-rise residential buildings.
It is reported that Baosteel Group officially became the only iron and steel enterprise in Shanghai World Expo global partners in 2010. As a general supplier of steel in World Expo construction in Shanghai, all kinds of steel products in Baosteel have been applied to permanent buildings such as "one axis, four Pavilions" in the past year.
It is said that Baosteel Group has supplied 8.5 tons of steel products to five permanent buildings such as China Pavilion, Theme Pavilion and performing arts center in World Expo, and has realized the package service from "deepening design, material supply to steel structure processing".
At the same time, Baosteel Group also launched a brand unveiling ceremony of Baosteel color coated board brand with the core concept of "building color life" as its core concept. As early as the mid 1990s, Baosteel began producing color coated panels.
Over the past more than 10 years, Baosteel brand color coated steel with about 300 colors has been renowned both at home and abroad. In the landmark buildings such as Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Shanghai world financial center and Beijing National Grand Theater, Baosteel color coated panels are also widely used.
