1、 Contract Term:

5、 Labor discipline:

Party B must observe the following disciplines during the contract period:

6、 Termination, Cancellation and Resignation of Labor Contract

(1) The labor contract may be terminated under any of the following circumstances:

① Both parties agree;

② Conforming to the provisions of Item 3 of Article 6 and Item 4 of Article 6 hereof;

③ Party B fails to meet the employment conditions or is unwilling to work after the training (proficiency) period;

④ Party B is still unable to return to work after the end of treatment due to non work related injuries.

(2) This Contract shall be terminated automatically in any of the following circumstances:

① Party A declares bankruptcy;

② Party B is expelled, reeducated through labor or sentenced to imprisonment.

(3) Party A may dismiss Party B in any of the following circumstances during the contract period;

① Those who seriously violate labor discipline and affect the order of production and work;

② Violating the operating procedures, damaging equipment and tools, wasting raw materials and energy, and causing economic losses;

③ Bad service attitude, which damages the interests of consumers;

④ Those who have committed embezzlement, theft, gambling, graft and other illegal acts, which have not yet constituted criminal responsibility;

⑤ Making troubles without reason, fighting, seriously affecting social order or committing other serious mistakes.

(4) Party B may resign under any of the following circumstances:

① Confirmed by relevant national departments, the labor safety and health conditions are poor, and there is no effective labor protection measure fwdq.com, which seriously damages the health of workers;

② Party A fails to pay wages according to the contract or fails to pay wages for two consecutive months;

(5) In any of the following circumstances, Party A shall not terminate the contract:

② Those who suffer from occupational diseases or work-related injuries and are unable to be cured within the treatment period, and are totally or largely disabled;

③ A female worker is in the period of pregnancy, maternity leave or breast-feeding.

(6) If Party A or Party B requests to terminate the labor contract, except for the circumstances listed in Item 2 of Article 6, it must notify the other party half a month in advance. And go through relevant procedures.

7、 Liability for breach of contract:

(2) If Party A requires to change the terms of this contract due to changes in production and operation or Party B's personal reasons, the relevant contents of the labor contract can be changed with the agreement of both parties through consultation and signed (sealed) by both parties.

(3) In any of the following circumstances, Party B may terminate the labor contract:

1. Party A fails to pay labor remuneration according to the provisions of the labor contract;

2. Party A fails to handle basic endowment insurance and other social insurance for Party B as required;

3. Party A fails to perform the labor contract, seriously violates national laws, regulations and policies, and infringes on other legitimate rights and interests of Party B.

(4) This contract may be terminated upon the agreement of both parties through consultation.

8、 Liability for breach of contract

(1) If one party breaches the contract, it shall be liable for breach of contract. If direct economic losses are caused to the other party, appropriate compensation shall be made according to the consequences or responsibilities.

(2) After Party B receives training funded by Party A, both parties sign a training contract and change the relevant terms of this contract accordingly. The training contract is an annex to this contract. If one party fails to perform the training contract without reason, it shall compensate the other party for its losses in accordance with the provisions of the contract.

9、 Mediation and arbitration

Any dispute arising from the performance of this contract by both parties shall be settled through negotiation; If the negotiation is invalid, it can be submitted to Party A's labor dispute mediation committee
